Joining our International team, our Client Success Specialist will focus on early adoption of the Asset-Map platform by providing best-in-class virtual training for our new subscribers. The onboarding experience is the first touchpoint with the success team and is a vital and crucial aspect of our client's overall Asset-Map journey. The person best suited for this role will bring knowledge and know-how in facilitating virtual and one on one webinar-style sessions with articulation and passion for financial planning and the technology space.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Become a subject matter expert on the Asset-Map platform, process, and experience
● Set up new subscribers on Asset-Map
● Coach, collaborate, and train new subscribers on Asset-Map’s value, features, and benefits to their business
● Support our community of subscribers
● Caretaking the end to end client journey
● Work closely with the Asset-Map team in South Africa and the United States
REQUIREMENTS
● Tertiary education or higher, ideally working towards CFP® or already have CFP®
● Strong technical aptitude and/or SaaS experience
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in an online environment
● Strong ability to deliver technical details and business strategy after quickly understanding a client’s existing processes
● Enthusiasm for making complex concepts simple and easy to understand
● Adaptability and comfortable handling various tasks and responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
● A collaborative and dependable team-player with a can-do attitude
● Self starter and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
OTHER VALUED QUALITIES AND SKILLS
● Paraplanner and/or Financial Planning experience
● Proficient in office related software (email, etc)
Compensation: Cost to company salary commensurate with experience. Performance based bonus plan.
Location: Cape Town based, our offices are in Pinelands. We have a blended office/remote work model depending on minimum infrastructure requirements.
